I keep getting this pop up window appear on the desktop, when I hover over it in the taskbar it says Teamviewer, anyone know how i get rid of it?

TeamViewer is remote access and remote control software.

you can use RevoUninstaller free to remove it completely from your system

then i would uninstall and/or disable remote desktop on your system
because something using TeamViewer is connecting to your system.

Steve it is switched off, when i clicked on remote desktop users this pop up window shows any info please?

Something/somebody named "WindowsUpdate" is trying to surreptitiously connect to your machine. Try clicking on "WindowsUpdate" then the Remove button.

Yes, delete it. It's something trying to gain remote control of your computer. Microsoft's Windows Update doesn't do that.

No, this is not associated with the renamed Link to Windows (Phone Link) Someone is passing themselves off as "WindowsUpdate" to access your computer remotely.

Open Malwarebytes and click on Settings -> Notifications. Toggle "Malware blocked and automatically quarantined"
