Solved Power Plan keeps reset my monitor when to shut off due to inactivity

Like title say , that specific setting where you set the monitor to stay active when you're away or PC is in iddle , keep reset to 15 minutes after every restart / or if i shutdown my computer .

I tried setting it via old Control Panel and it dosen't work, keeps revert its own to 15 min ,
I tried setting via new Settings , same problem.
I wanna know why that specific setting revert itself to default value (15 mins), and how can i fix it (in order to stay at 3 hours) , its definitely a bug and i don't know the exact cause ,
I tried to run sfc /scannow but didn't find any problems.
Im gonna attach some images to be more specific about my problem.

I notice you have Bitdefender. When Googling your problem, I saw this...

Had the same problem, turns out it was Bitdefender automatic optimization. Turned that off, problem is gone.

Thank You ! it turns out that Bitdefender Gamer Profile caused this , i disable it and now the problem is fixed :)
