Powershell and cmd close immediately

Hi,
How can you eliminate the problem of powershell and cmd which, after opening them not in admin mode, close immediately, while in adm mode it works without errors?

Is your user set as administrator or standard account?
Browse to C:\Windows\System32
Right click on cmd.exe >select properties>select advanced. The owner should be trusted installer. (per screenshot)
You have to show hidden files in folder options to see this file.
Try opening command prompt from there. Does it open and stay opened?
I always run both cmd and powershell as administrator, never as a standard user..

You have not said how you are opening them.
[e.g. Start menu / Start button context menu / shortcuts / ...]

cmd security is the same as yours...
However I uninstalled Terminal and now it works normally.
