Solved Prevent Right Click (Context Menu) From Appearaing When Right Clicking on Desktop

I am implementing some local policy changes for a specific user on a stand-a-lone PC, for a person who is always trying to investigate and change things on the computer. The PC is a:
< Dell OptiPlex 7010 Mini
< Windows 11 Pro (23H2)

I am trying to prevent this user from being able to right click on the desktop and see or use the context menu. This would include seeing/using the personalize and display options. I am hoping that the method would apply only to that user, rather than all accounts on the PC.

Q) Does someone know of a policy method to achieve this?

Was going to rewrite it but it is a long answer, and there is only one so should be easy enough to follow :)

Within this page: Disabling right click on desktop? - Microsoft Q&A provided by James, was the answer I needed. It also provided some additional information in the same vein.

My goal is to apply some local changes, specific to a single user, while not affect other users of this stand-alone PC. I wanted to avoid reg edits as much as possible as they apply to anyone using the computer. I created an MMC snap-in for this specific user and applied the policy changes only to his account. This prevention was one I could not find until now.

Remove File Explorer’s default context menu via Group Policy Editor.
This change resulted in the protection I required. Stopped the ability of the specific user from right clicking on the desktop or any shortcuts on the desktop and running context menu (Right-Click) programs.

Show or no-show search box and search button on Taskbar via registry edit.
I did not need to use this change because I had already removed the search box and locked down this user’s ability to made such changes via another specific user Group Policy.

Prevent changes to Taskbar and Start Menu Settings via Group Policy Editor.
I already had this one in place via specific user Group Policy.
