Print queue won't show active jobs sometimes in Windows 11

We've been dealing with an issue with seeing print jobs in the print queue on Windows 11 PCs. There are active jobs in the print queue when we look in the print server but they disappear from the Win 11 PCs on their own and then appear after sometime. Tested with a Windows 10 desktop and there's no problem. Can anyone let me know if they have seen this issue and if there's a solution to this problem?
