Devices Create Print Queue Action Center Shortcut in Windows 11

This tutorial will show you how to create a Print Queue Action Center shortcut in Windows 11.

The Print Queue Action Center app included with Windows 11 allows you to manage and see the status of items waiting to print for all or specific printers.

You can also manually create a Print Queue Action Center app shortcut using the command below.

explorer shell:appsFolder\Microsoft.Windows.PrintQueueActionCenter_cw5n1h2txyewy!App



EXAMPLE: Print Queue Action Center

Here's How:

1 Open Settings (Win+I).

2 Click/tap on Bluetooth & devices on the left side, and click/tap on Printers & scanners on the right side. (see screenshot below)

3 Click/tap on any printer. (see screenshot below)

4 Click/tap on Open print queue. (see screenshot below)

5 Right click on the Print Queue icon on the taskbar. (see screenshot below)

6 Perform the following actions in the Print Queue jump list: (see screenshot below)
  1. Press and hold the Shift key.
  2. Right click on Print Queue.
  3. Release the the Shift key.
  4. Click/tap on Create shortcut.

7 Click/tap on Yes to confirm creating the shortcut on your desktop. (see screenshot below)

8 You can now close Settings and the Print Queue app if you like.

9 You can Pin to Taskbar, Pin to Start, add to Start menu All apps, add to Win+X menu, assign a keyboard shortcut to, or move this Print Queue shortcut on your desktop to where you like for easy usage.
