Print Screen toolbar stopped working

Today the print screen toolbar (which prevuously appeared on pressing PrtScr button) stopped working for me. Prevuously after pressing PrtScr, a toolbar would appear with buttons to capture a screen area, etc. But now only the screenshot gets copied to the clipboard and no toolbar or screen dimming appears. Why? Earlier today it worked.
I have Win11 23h2.

Yes. But works only inside browser (Firefox and Edge). Not on desktop. But the interface is totally different.

Another weird anomaly is, my PrtScrn key gets randomly hijacked by Win/Shift/S, whereas ShareX is supposed to have exclusive control over it! 🤷‍♂️

Are you using more than one monitor?

Not that I use it anymore (Using ShareX) but I did notice in the past that sometimes if I wasn’t focused on my main monitor and hit the key, the toolbar wouldn’t show up. After putting focus back on my main monitor and hitting the key, the toolbar would show up and allow me to take a snip of anywhere on my system.
