Asus have released bios 3202 for the above motherboard. I've installed it on my system this morning and have no issues to report so far. I think Asus has released bios 3202 for some of their other Z790 boards as well.

Just flashed my motherboard to this version, had to change my memory timings but all is working as expected. The Management Engine though is an old version, which seems strange

Whole round of Z790 motherboards have the update now. Don't know about the Z690.
S processors upgraded to microcode 0x133
