Already done, 4 passes, twice, no errors. If the CPU temperature doesn't exceed 100 degrees Centigrade, then it might be the RAM. Download Memtest and check the RAM immediately after crashing.
I'll try putting it into my girlfriend's rig and test that way next saturday; lots of work to wrap up before vacation. If the BSOD and live kernel events continue with new GPU then plan to swap test the motherboard to identify the malfunctioning hardware component.

In that case you might consider replacing the GPU cooler with a third-party more efficient cooler. You can also put a fan on the tower side cover (if possible) to blow cool air to the CPU and a fan at the back to remove heat and help cooling the inside of the tower faster.Already done, 4 passes, twice, no errors.

For now, removing faceit and undervolting the GPU seems to be crash free in the 3-4 hours I tested, but they come and go every day, so I'll see if it does it again tomorrow; but it happened during winter too, and before any components have had time to heat up, as TMax happens after like 10 mins of playing.
With the 7900 XTX the only aftermarket possibility is a waterblock sadly. In that case you might consider replacing the GPU cooler with a third-party more efficient cooler. Nah, regularly cleaned, just haven't repasted the GPU. But even with a 100% fan speed and GPU temps under 75°C, it crashes. CPU has had paste updated recently.Could the GPU fan has dust and increases temperature? Use an air spray or air blower and blow away as much dust as possible from the GPU cooler, the CPU cooler and the rest of the tower. The next step is to wipe the old probably dried thermal paste from both the GPU and CPU and apply fresh. If you are not confident to do it yourself you can ask a more experienced friend or professional.
It's unlikely to be software as the PC worked fine with a temporary replacement GPU; RX 6800. However, it's also not the GPU itself since it passed RMA, so It's likely some interaction between the two? Not entirely sure, but it's on the todo list for the next weekend when I'm on vacation. If you have a spare disk, you can do a new Windows 11 installation, install only drivers and the specific game that crashes. Play the game on the new setup to see if it is some bug in the game or Windows. If the game doesn't crash, then I would search which applications run in the background and interfere while playing in the old system. If it crashes again, it is the game, I would visit developers site for patches or wait for new graphics drivers that fix the issue.
