Problem installing the new windows 11 on the Canary channel

I am running the Canary branch the build number is 26040.1000 that was the last build that installed correctly before they started releasing the ge_releases where they are not using the legacy installer so builds 26052,26058,and the latest 26063 which are all ge_releases will not install. I have tried to update the last three updates 26952,26058,and 26063 they download perfectly start to install on reboot i see the install process up to 30 percent then it reboots to continue the install process but instead of it showing the install progress it just shows the white circle and no install process snd thahts as far as it goes it will not finish the installation. My bios settings is UEFI IN NATIVE MODE WITHOUT CMS INSTEAD OF UEFI HYBRID WITH CMS. I HAD SECURE BOOT ON AND IT DID NOT INSTALL AND I HAVE TRIED IT WITH SECURE BOOT OFF. I HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL THE NEW ge_releases in UEFI HYBRID MODE AND UEFI NATIVE MODE WITH SECURE BOOT ON AND OFF BUT IT WILL NOT INSTALL COMPLETELY. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Are you aware that the use of caps is equivalent to shouting and is considered rude?

The type of installation failure with Germanium builds you describe is usually associated with a non-supported CPU,
but since you give us no system specs in your profile, this will remain speculation, which I despise.

The GE builds need to be installed using either Terminal or Terminal Preview - as they require one of the latest versions of x64 PowerShell.

You don't say in your profile specs what CPU you have. That is the exactly the symptom I have seen on a CPU that lacks the PopCnt instruction. While other 'unsupported device' restrictions can be bypassed, that one can't. For the current 24H2 Dev and Canary builds the PopCnt instruction is fundamental to the operation of the Kernel.

my Ryzen 7 3800x cpu has PopCnt support. but it does exactly the same as mentioned above do you know why? thanks

In order to receive adequate suggestions, we must know more about the system being used.
But sadly, your system specs are empty in your profile and that would only result in guesses.
A screenshot of the opening system summary of msinfo32.exe would help.
