Solved Problems With Latest Edge Update 128.0.2739.63

I just updated the Edge browser on 3 of our PC's to 128.0.2739.63 and noticed that Edge is not retaining settings. The Home Page is set to open a New Tab, but when clicked the Edge Browser page shows and the Layout is Inspirational. When I change it to Focused and hit the Home Button, it turns on Feeds and Weather. When these are turned off these settings are not retained and have to be reset every time. Is anyone else seeing this problem- everything was OK prior to this Update? Thanks Jim.
