For information: Posted by @Edwin in TF. You need to get the old ribbon back first using explorer shell:::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} and then you can get toolbars back.

Here's one way it works for me...
The new Explorer would do nothing but crash!
So..., I pinned 'This PC' to the Taskbar, open that first then load a QT Group file on top.
Any other way, it just faults to the new Explorer and crashes!

How did you managed to Pin "This PC" to taskbar?

Ok so, I copied and pasted that into the bar, and it brought up the old MyPC with the toolbar. Where do I go to get the toolbar back?

To get the classic W10 Ribbon, you have to open Explorer from the aforementioned CLSID,
to get the W7 style Command Bar, you need to use Old/New Explorer,
to get tabbed Explorer, you need to use QTTabBar

Once you have opened the toolbar you don't need to keep using the W10 Ribbon, it will work fine on a W11 style Explorer.
