In my sound options in the output sections i can select 2 options Realtek Digital Output and Realtek Speakers. If i put my headsets and and i select the Realtek Digital Output i have no sound, and the Mic dosent work, they are recognized by Win11 but no sound. But if i select Realtek speakers the sound is there. I have 2 pair of headsets and i cant use them because the mic dosent work, from Apple and from Steelseris, both are linein. And i am using a Y splitter.
Last night i have downloaded Realtek audio driver 6.0.9549.1 which i found to be the latest, i have disabled the AMD audio device, i have no ideea what to do.

Sorry for the double post, but i cant find the edit button, i just want to add:
1. This is a fresh custom build like 2 weeks old with a fresh Install of Win11, no other hardware or other software changes.
2.I think i may have found a problem, when i go to Device Manage and select the Realtek devices it shows me 2 different Drivers. For the Realtek High Definition Auido i have the realtek driver with version 6.0.9549.1 installed by me (left tab in picture) and in Realtek Digital Output i have a microsoft driver which i dont know how it get there (right tab), which is the one that doesnt work when i select it to play audio. If i go and select Update Driver -> Manually -> Select Driver -> I 2 options that neither work, Audio Endpoint and Generic software that neither work (second attachement).
Any ideas?
