Rebuilding in my NZXT H440

I have a mint condition NZXT H440 I would like to reuse. Is the air flow really that bad to build-in with modern parts?

Probably going with 9800X3D and 5070ti or 9070XT. Probably 850W PSU.

I have a Corsair 40mm rear fan, 2 Corsair 140mm top and 3 Noctua 120's front.

Gamers Nexus liked the case - back in 2014. The review said its cooling was about average - with the stock fans.

The main thing that would bug me about it is no usb-c/USB 3.2 Gen2 front (top) port. It has no 5 1/4" slots, so it wouldn't be possible to add an accessory with the port and cable.

I rarely use the front panel, so that's not a problem for me.
