I am running Win 11 Pro 23H2 OS build: 22631.3958
I see that a number of people have had this issue with Windows update and I have now joined those ranks.
Windows update offers the suggestion that it is Group Policy.
I've not set any policies and pretty much all that has been installed so far are drivers/utilities and a browser.
I am 99% sure that both automatic updates and updates for other MS products was initially available and active immediately after install.
This is a fresh install, not an upgrade. No Group Policies exist.
Given that this is a completely new build, how is this even possible?
