Hi all, I am hoping for a recommendation(s) for a solution to share displays between computers. I have never done this before!
My home setup is a desktop computer, with two displays connected via HDMI. I have received a laptop from work now, so when working from home I use the work laptop, for personal stuff I use the desktop.
I would like to be able to turn on the laptop, and one of the displays comes on (the laptop has 1 HDMI port). Turn on the desktop, and 2 displays come on.
I would be nice if there was some solution if both computers were on - maybe 1 display for each? Maybe switch that is easy to flip and the display(s) is active with laptop or desktop? A simple way to switch a display between the two would be fine, I am open to what's available. Using both computers at the same time would be great though.
What do you think I need? I didn't think this was a unique need. Thanks for your help and recommendations!!
