recover Microsoft edge and google chrome websites history

hi, i lost all my webpages, websites on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome after a deep scann, i've been using these websites for over a year.
could you please help me or anyone had the same issue?

What exactly is a "deep scan"?
You can lose your browser history, and cookies, but you still should have your bookmarks, unless you delete them all on purpose?
If you intentionally deleted all of your bookmarks, you are SOL....

It would be helpful if you would tell us what transpired that caused your issue.

If you have a backup image you can mount the image and copy the file mentioned here to get your Edge history. Copy file.

Where is/are the bookmarks/favorites file located in Win 11? copy the file.

Since Edge is constantly running in the background you will probably have to replace the existing files with the copied files using safe mode. If you are unable to copy & replace the files back in, I use any LIVE Linux distro for such things.

Chrome bookmarks and history are in your user data folder “AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default.” Copy and replace entire folder. Also you have to set file explorer options to show hidden files to get to the file or folder you want.

Were you signed in to Chrome with a Google Account? Chrome will sync everything, if you wish.

What took me to scan the PC is that Microsoft Edge was corrupted, and I wasn't aple to run it anymore.

What does this mean? scan the PC? If you mean SFC that would not have removed anything in your user folder.
If Edge was corrupted how did you go about fixing it? What does that have to do with Chrome? Is Chrome not working, too?
If you removed and reinstalled Edge without first coping the necessary files, as another user said you are SOL unless You were syncing Edge OR you have a system image to mount to recover the necessary files.

Everyone that has posted has posed the same questions I have. This is because you haven’t explained the steps of exactly what you have done, in detail, up until you lost your history and or bookmarks. What you have mentioned, doesn’t lead to the deletion of what you have lost, not that I am aware of.

Backup is your friend.
