Solved recycle bin icon shows full, if empty, and empty if full

When changing my recyclebin-icon it shows full , if empty , and empty if full .
when restarting explorer it shows the right icon again ( so full and empty ok ) , but when placing some file in to the recycle bin it still shows empty , after deleting the file also . After rebbot it shows the right icon again .
It seems the desktop does not refresh often ...........:unsure:
Any solution , please !
btw ; the standard recyclebin-icon works fine .......
In 23H2 no problem , after upgrade to 24H2 the icon-problem appeared.

If you press F5 on the desktop, when an icon is selected, does it then refresh?

Maybe the issue is with the customisation you did with the 3th party tools? Try to turn that off temporarily so to see if it then works again.

Maybe icon cache is corrupted?

save as .bat file and run as admin. Will delete the cache, and see if it helps.
