Remove Home & Gallery from Save As prompt/window

I have seen many reg edits to remove Home and/or Gallery from Windows 11 File Explorer, but I can't find any help on how to get ride of those files in the Save As prompt window... anyone know how to do this?

in the nav pane of the save as dialog window? if you remove them from explorer nav pane they shouldnt show up there either. if thats not what you mean, please provide a screenshot

It is only happening in Adobe Acrobat, it seems...

If your Adobe acrobat is a 32 bit version, then I would expect this. None of the registry edits I've seen point out that you need to do this for the 32 bit view of the registry.
