Renamed files or folder needed manual refresh to take effect.

As the title suggest, I was having an issue with this. Whenever the user rename a file or folder it is not taking effect automatically. The user need to manual refresh.

Troubleshooting done:
Clear the file history
Run windows Update
Run sfc /scannow
Set the Open file explorer to: this pc
Un-tick the Show recently used files
Run the win+ctrl+shift+b

After doing all this, user can rename files or folders normally but after a "N" hours issue started again.
