For the past 4 days when I click on WU. I get this: Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - v5.140 (KB890830) Is this the norm?

I did the WU download when it shows up. I assume I installed it. It's sitting on my taskbar - I ran it, came up clean. (think I'm stuck in a loop)? So what am I missing?
