replacing older boot files with the newer 2023 certified ones in bootable usbs?

Can i copy the newer uefi CA 2023 boot file from my windows laptop to all my windows bootable distro which are signed with the older certificate CA2011 without having to remake all the distros? Is there a powershell command to do this

If it's a bootable Windows install ISO, the simple way is:

Windows ADK isn't required for downloading, if you already have the latest Monthly Updates (April 2026 or later). The Monthly Update pushes the most current version of the boot files into "C:\Windows\Boot\EFI_EX". Where you can rename the same file on the USB drive.

For a WinRE-based recovery media, there's different steps.

But check if the ISO's install images are be patched, so the new Windows has the latest boot file for its own use. It doesn't help if WinPE can boot, but it installs an out of date Windows image.

No these are not windows install media but rescue bootable isos like Macrium imaging and Active@Boot which definitely have the CA 2011. Since i do nit want to remake these and other isos is the reason i queries aboive
