Those are old. Huawei has not provided newer versions on their website…
These websites use mirror links only which are old. Furthermore, their list of hardwares is not complete. PC manager downloads more than 20 drivers…

If you’re missing drivers completely, why not install even older versions (albeit only a year or less old) and the update them…

Because I want the latest package from official source ... Why do you think I'm a newbie?

If anyone tested that app and could download the package, please upload it for me. Thanks a lot.

For example the latest BIOS is 1.19 which is not available at all. (Those available versions are not for WAQ9R)

Just changed this reg key to "CN"

Yes, these drivers are older than the default ones. I think I’ll need to upload some of them here.

At one point, I locked the Huawei PC Manager’s download folder to prevent it from deleting the downloaded MSI/EXE files. However, I’d like to keep all of them, since some of the files are still being installed by Microsoft. Another issue is with the firmware— for example, I already had UEFI version 1.19, so the PC Manager didn’t download it again.

Again, I know they’re older. You stated they aren’t for your model when clearly they are. This convo is going in circles but is marked as solved so I’m out.

My next choice is DELL XPS14 or a MacBook Air, as I really need a lightweight laptop...

Beelink is not a small shady company. Not even close to Huawei though, which is HUGE, but still a very much known brand. I've used a lot of Beelink products over the years.

It's hard to explain. not all WAQ9R models are the same. Some of them use different hardware. For example, not all of them use Goodix fingerprint. That's why I said that because I don't know if I have same hardware or not. But it doesn't matter anymore because I found that they use D15-Boh drivers for all sub-models. So, your answer is helpful, and I can use those old drivers in case Huawei didn't provide them anymore and I lost them ... better than nothing!

For future reference

When you get a new computer, capture the installed drivers using
Backup and Restore Device Drivers - ElevenForumTutorials
Then you'll never again be stuck in the position of trying to get copies from some disinterested supplier.

The status of a company is defined by Revenue (which shows their production capabilities and the trust of their clients in what they have to offer). For an IT hardware company with a yearly revenue of $1 Million - it's really small. Also shady - in terms of product/consumer support, as proven even in this topic by Winuser...

Which means - Windows recognized the Manufacturer components (Intel, AMD, Realtek, etc) - but not the OEM and their drivers configuration. That does not happen with any OEM acknowledged by Microsoft (there's usually a collaboration - between OEM devs and Microsoft - to make sure their system is fully functional - drivers wise - after a clean install).

Cause of the U.S. Ban - Huawei was cut-down by Google - thus, their Android Smartphones - despite being a major brand - is the only one that doesn't have Googleplay. But Microsoft doesn't play the American patriot cards (not that Google would value patriotism over profit) - so they vowed to continue to offer support for Huawei hardware - maintaining their connection. Tho, Huawei (after getting that major hit from U.S. which almost ruined their company - since they already had millions of products in production intend for U.S. at that time - not to mention - the lack of Googleplay - impacted their sells in E.U. big time as well) - while trying to climb back - they also wanted to cut connections with any U.S. tech related product - and count mainly on their own tech and software development. Which they managed this year - and as of 2026 all their future laptops - will ditch Windows for HarmonyOS.

Dell intends to move away from offering Drivers support - as a downloadable option from their sites - to using their own bloatware tool too (same as Huawei). Most OEMs - seem to adhere to the OEM software update option - even tho some, might also continue offering the site option for downloading drivers. So, if you hate this type of tools - maybe keep away from Dell.

Read the financial report again. It is Billion not Million, and that is the hardware department. Beelink makes specialized hardware and services, not mass produced garbage suited for everyone. They are doing quite well actually.

What are you talking about?! I triple checked - and couldn't find any public, audited financial report (be it annual report, P&L or balance sheet) - published by Beelink in any public company registries. So hey, please share - a legit source - where Beelink released any financial report - stipulating a yearly revenue of 1 Billion $ ?!!

My, my, this simple case of using Beelink as an example has turned into quite the boring urination contest.
