Hello all!
Is there one of these "ancient" right-click drop down context menus for my Windows 11 desktop?
Hope so, I've been using these forever!

Thanks for the info on how to disable the "Show More Options" part of the Windows 11 context menu -- that need to click yet again to "delete" anything annoyed me right off.

I guess what I was looking for was called a "Power cascading context menu" in older windows forums...just a right click anywhere opened a dropdown menu with various shutdown options from "sleep" to "hibernate" to "full shutdown, etc...

Perhaps the commands I'm looking for could be added to the Windows 11 context menu you mention above?
(I have to admit I'm a TOTAL newbie with Windows 11, it's only been a couple of weeks since I got this new laptop! :sneaky:)

There's a really nice (free) program called Winaero Tweaker.
More or less, if gives you tons of registry edits, each with just a check box.

It does have a way to add Shut Down commands to the Context Menu...
