If you're talking about the optional update (oh my goodness KB 5041587) I didn't download or install it, I don't do that anymore due to frequent problems with optional updates,

Download and run it. You can spend time reading the first post if you like but it’s just a Windows cleanup script.
Place it on your desktop
Right click on it
Run as Admin, you will need to be patient.

It will run Scannow and DISM’s

It’s a sticky in the “Installations & Updates” section.

Download and run it. You can spend time reading the first post if you like but it’s just a Windows cleanup script.
Place it on your desktop
Right click on it
Run as Admin, you will need to be patient.

It will run Scannow and DISM’s

Yes, I installed it again and nothing changed, I have no other mods that could affect the taskbar.

I have only one account, it's my admin acc and it has this problem with the taskbar.

What I'm saying is that you should create another account (just for testing purposes) and login with that account (again just for testing purposes) and see if the right-click on taskbar items works. If it does work, then we know the problem is specific to your user profile which will help narrow the scope of our troubleshooting. The test account can be deleted once this check is done, although I would recommend keeping it at least until the issue is resolved (and it's always a good idea to have a backup local admin account anyhow).
