Safehouse Explorer

Hello, my new windows 11 laptop crashed when i was trying to get my Synology disk station to work and i had to re install windows 11 from the pc, when it booted up again all the apps i had put on it were gone, easy enough to put them back except when i tried to put Safehouse Explorer back on, i couldn't because the part of the Safehouse box where you have to agree to the terms and conditions will not open fully, only half of it comes on and so it it cannot be ticked so cannot be installed, as i use this as a secure vault i would like to get it working again, has anyone else had this and is there a way to sort it, the vault is still on th pc but i can't access it, thanks for any help, Bryn.

Click on the part that will open, then hold the Windows key down on your keyboard, and use the arrow keys (on a laptop, if they are shared keys, like with the letters, you may also need to hold down the Fn key) and that will get it to move around, left and right typically move to the left side and right side, and up will usually try to maximize it.
