Samsung magician Firmware Update stuck after 2.5 hours.

Hi guys, I would like to update the firmware of my two 970 evo plus (currently configured in raid 0) using the Samsung firmware update ISO tool... in addition to obviously disabling the RAID, do I also need to disable the SECURE BOOT and enable the CSM SUPPORT to avoid problems? As for the motherboard, I have the ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING

No, just insert the bootable USB flash drive that you already prepared, then go in the BIOS to change RAID to AHCI and also change the boot order so it boots from the USB. Then after the firmware upgrade succeeded, go in the BIOS again to change AHCI back to RAID and also change the boot order back so that it will be able to boot Windows again next.
