Looks like your vid card driver hasn't made it... into the Sandbox.

Just noticed you have an AMD vid card. That may have something to do with it.

Closet thing I could find on the web was black screen in Win 11 sandbox, which could be related.

Their recommendation was to exit Sandbox.
Then go to: Turn Windows Features on and off, and UNcheck Sandbox.
Then reboot and re-enable Sandbox, and see if it's working again.

Another google result says... Hardware Virtualization is enabled (from BIOS settings)

In your BIOS, Hardware Virtualization is called SVM Mode

Btw, if you don't already have it... here is the .pdf for your BIOS...

X570 TUF BIOS

Seems ASUS cheaped out and wrote ONE .pdf for the Prime, Pro and TUF X570 motherboard's BIOS. :/

I just checked... it seems they NOW have it on the motherboard's Manuals page.
When I bought my motherboard (May 2020), it wasn't there yet.
I had to call ASUS, and they emailed me a link to it.

Yeah.. I don't know if any of this will help, but it's all I can find on the interwebz.
I'm on Win 10 Home and Win 11 Home... I don't even have Windows Sandbox.

Windows Sandbox requirements...

Pre-requisites:

Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise or Education build 18305 or Windows 11
(Windows Sandbox is currently not supported on Windows Home edition)
AMD64 architecture
Virtualization capabilities enabled in BIOS
At least 4 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended)
At least 1 GB of free disk space (SSD recommended)
At least two CPU cores (four cores with hyperthreading recommended)

Well, I would guess it has something to do with the vid card or the monitor(s), then.
Or some setting, related to them. The info on the web is pretty sketchy for Windows 11, Sandbox problems.

The only other thing I can think to suggest, is to see what's different between it working on Windows 10 with the same hardware, and software, and it's not working on Windows 11.

Things like...
Are your vid card settings the same?
Windows settings the same?

IF... you think it may be the vid card driver...

DDU Instructions - AMD
1. Get this program, here: Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) | Wagnardsoft ...get the latest version, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get your vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download ...save this to your desktop.
Unhook the internet completely.
3. Reboot into Safe Mode and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose GPU/AMD and the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you.

4. After it's done, reboot to normal mode, then just double click the AMD driver to install. If it want's to reboot, let it.
Rehook the internet.

Again... I have no idea if this will help. But it won't hurt anything.
You are definitely having an issue with what's being "displayed" while you are in Windows Sandbox.
The actual driver, is just another guess on my part.

Step #2 above...

Was having this same problem and found this post. Here's the fix for anyone also running into this, disable 10-bit pixel format in your Radeon graphics settings. After that just restart and your sandbox will be back to normal.
