Saw something today that is ticking me off

I live in a rural area of my county. For the last few years the county has refused to setup snow fence during the winter even though we have large fields and the wind always blows toward the road and we get drifted in. The fence doesn't stop the drifts but it does help to keep them to a minimum. I have lived here snitch 1963 and know how bad it can get. I have called and for the last 2 or 3 years the road supervisor won't call me back. Now to what I saw. the county road department had two employees doing yard work in a house that is just down the road from me. They are way behind on there mowing and there are sections that tree branches and bushes are into the road and if not careful will scratch you vehicle. I have it recorded on my dash cam. I'm very pissed off but being a publics work employee I don't know what I should do. Should I call the county road dept or the county commissioner and complain or let it go?

It got to me so I had to say something. I contacted the head of the county commissioners. I'm curious of what he is going to say. I didn't tell him but I have it captured on my dash cam.

Being a public works employee , are you not able to simply see one of the admins to help out?
Or, is this not the same branch/building as you are?
Any other neighbour around to verify and complain with you?

It's a different branch. I just hope that they have a serious talk with the two employees and it ends there.

I guess there are no supervisors on the ground to maybe tell those guys/gals that they are not
doing their jobs adequately? Even though it's a different branch, it could still be possible for you
to contact the admins in the right branch and help move along the right people. I guess I had to do it
so often where I used to work that, it was hard for me to let go of a mistake/problem that I was witness
too. I learned over time that the wheels in big companies / Gov. move at a snails pace but, if pursued
with enough conviction, I found that it did happen. Just my 2 cents Winuser.
