SCEP Errors Too Many Requests Code 87

Okay, this is what I found. I did not do either one of these two steps because for one, I am a little cautious of doing these kinds of actions and two, my problem was solved with what I have already posted.

Tried the second option, seems to have stopped the error for now

Nope ............never seen such an irritating error ( id=87 !
Just cant get rid of , always trying to get a clean eventviewer, wont succeed anymore !
Tried everything , so far , but id=87 appears after reboot or clean boot...............
Another big

-failure from MS............!!

Just made a task in the eventviewer , as soon as id=87 appears , it will be removed , only option which works !
Will remove this task untill MS wakes up.............

Click right on the id=87 ( in eventviewer ) , choose for making a task and make a batch-file for cleaning eventviewer , point to this batch-file , when the error appears ..............no more id=87 !

make a batch-file of this text ;

That script will wipe out every event, better to target it with PS in Task Scheduler like this (Note I used the wrong ID 81, should be 87):
