have you tried clicking the 'continue' button as that normally allows you to proceed.

alternatively open task manager. at the top click 'new task'
in the command window write .. explorer.exe ..
please ensure you tick open with administrator permissions
then press enter or click 'OK'

and open the required file from that explorer window.

Totally agree - at the risk of being insensitive, it is patently obvious OP has limited ability but that is no excuse to be rude or blunt to OP.

I also think people should think carefully about their responses to the OP, making sure they are pitched at the right level (e.g. like @Bree always does. I wish I had his patience!).
