You can't, your on a Windows insider build. Beta, Dev and Canary builds now have a mandatory watermark to show they are experimental builds which is what that is.

You can't except for going up to the canary build which is more unstable and experimental. You can either stay on the experimental Dev channel or you have to do a clean reinstall of Windows to the public stable build.
