Search Files in Windows 11 but Excluding Specific Folders

How can I search for files in Windows 11 excluding some specific folders from this search without moving the data?

For example, when I type “.pdf” in the search bar, all PDF documents are displayed.
My data is stored in drive D:\All Data, which contains multiple folders, but I want to exclude certain folders, for instance Products List, from the search results.

Windows Search uses Advanced Query Syntax (AQS). To exclude a folder, you attach a minus sign (-) to the folder: filter.

*.pdf -folder: Products List

Don't put the space between the colon and capitol P. When I remove the space in my typed example I get a happy face icon.
