Nah. F/W 1.11 - Syslog: connect() failed path:/var/run/mdnsd Socket:26 Err:-1I just dumped the message log from my router and there are literally hundreds of these entries staring from first thing this morning:

No idea how I might get rid of those, but maybe it is the root of my problem. I just don't know where they are coming from.
In short, it's just some debugging info from mdnsResponder that is leaked into the syslog.
I would make an image of my Windows partition, then try a clean install to see if the issue persists. If it turns out that it does, at least you'll know that your installation of Windows isn't kaput. If it turns out that the issue is gone, I would restore from image and try to repair install Windows with an in-place upgrade.
