service host: state repository service,
service host: remote procedure call,
service host: capability access manager
(in particular though a few of the other ones will pop up) are using "Very High" power and often >50% CPU during gaming, which is causing modern games to become unplayable due to stuttering. I don't notice too many issues when *not* gaming, though of course i'm not using as many resources then either
Ryzen 9, AMD 7800 XT, 32GB RAM (i.e., no issue with PC specs)
can't turn most of these services off, the few that i can manipulate just turn themselves back on. I have tried rolling back Windows, and a few little tips found on the web but nothing makes any difference
appreciate any options or suggestions, it's utterly ruining gaming on the PC
