Setting up a smart speaker

Hello!
I need your help. I'm currently choosing a smart speaker, and I want to customize it to speak different languages, like Spanish, Italian, and a few others. In many stores, the language options aren't specified in the product details, and where they are, it usually says only English is supported. I was wondering, is it possible to buy a speaker and then customize it for other languages using an app or settings option?
I need it to be compatible with my Samsung Galaxy. I want Google Assistant, music, weather, alarms, and other functions. I don't plan to control smart devices in the house.
I really like the Google Nest Mini, and the Amazon Echo looks good too. But after reading several articles, I couldn't find any information about changing the language.
If anyone has experience with this, I would be very grateful if you could recommend which speaker to choose or which app might help with this.

I have no experience with any of them but in reference to the two you listed, it appears it is set via the APP/s:

I use the google nest mini, but as far as I can tell it only supports one language at a time. You can use google translate but I dont think you can speak multiple languages to it.
