This has been happening on the last 2 dev & beta builds with most of the velocity keys enabled.
vivetool /fullreset solve the problems and I have narrowed it down to key 48433719, which has some of you know is used countless times.
This has not happened in Canary builds however.
No bid deal, as control panel still gives access to installed apps but thought I would mention it.
