Solved Settings - Startup Apps - "Registry Location"

Hey Guys,

I went to the "Startup" section in the "Settings" app and noticed this item below. I recognize that it was from an application I had some time ago. Question, how can I remove this from the "Startup"? Is it safe to just go to "Regedit" and remove the key mentioned below? Will this make this item disappear?
