shell:appsfolder shortcut and widget visibility

Hi

Please advise if anyone has had these problems after update 26200.7922

1) shell:Appsfolder run function no longer works.

2) Widgets shortcut no longer shows ( taskbar items entry still there ) despite exhaustive windows update resets ,other resets , web experience pack reinstalls / resets for Group policy adjustments , experience cache removals from Appdata /packages folder etc etc

Create another user and see if you can reproduce the error under that new user.
