There's probably an easier way to do it... but I just find the executable like... notepad.exe ...then right click it and choose: Send To > Desktop (create shortcut).

Ah HA! There is an easier way. :D

All of those can be dragged from the All apps list in Start and dropped on the Desktop. Here I have already done Notepad and Snipping Tool and am dragging Paint to the Desktop. It must be from the All apps list, it doesn't work with the Pinned icons on Start.

You can't do better than reading Brink's Clean Install tutorial that I gave you a link for in one of your other threads. That should cover all the bases.

Thanks again.....
Brink is a busy man now.....
Best regards!

PS: If for some reason you have any med issues or covid related feel free to PM. I have cured 100K covid infected all variants! Since I developed the only authentic cure for it back in Apr'20. The cured provides protection against all variants and no long covid or spike remnants.

Bree, I have a question could some member help me remotely on my other machine to clean install W11 and MS Off and custom tweak it, I would gladly pay.....despite a decent WEI at time i feel the system a bit slow should in bios intel speed be disabled?
