I experienced the FPS drops as stated in many articles with a Nvidia dedicated graphics card. I game at 4K at 120FPS. In battlefield 6, I lost FPS down to 60 and 70 at times until I uninstalled KB5074109. Now I'm back to 120fps. Definitely helped me. Will it help you if you uninstall it? Only you can answer that.
