Solved Sign out of MS Acct on primary profile doesn’t show the option per videos

I have tried searching this exact question using the search icon above and I don’t see anything just like this. It’s probably there but under some other title

This is a relatively new installation with only a little bit of data under the first account and no data under the second account. In order to attempt to get my iPhone, connected to the phone link, which never worked, I had to enter a Microsoft account. Now I am looking for a way to back out of that account the Microsoft account and redo my profiles, so I’m currently backing up the only one that had data in it not a very big folder.

How do I sign out and switch an account to local? Must I enable built-in Administrator account to accomplish?
