This is the sort of question where if asked, I would say "Of course I know the answer" and then find I don't! So to avoid locking myself out of emails until Tuesday when my ISP goes back to work and they can sort me out, I'll ask what is probably a silly question here.

Outlook 365 works fine so password is correct. I need to know the password for use on my laptop using Webmail. I have a record of passwords on Lastpass (too many of them - that's the problem) and have tried these on Webmail but all fail. I obviously can't look anywhere to see what the working password on Outlook is. All I can do is to use Plesk to access my CP and reset the email address password which I can then use for both Outlook and webmail.

Simple - I think! So the question, two of them really. Is my answer correct as illustrated above and will that sort my problem? I'm assuming that both Outlook and Webmail would both use the same Id & Pw. The webmail I am using incidentally is Roundcube Webmail.

Be kind - it's Christmas!

@Sigurd
If you use a browser to login to Roundcube Webmail with, then more than likely the password is stored in your browser settings.

For Firefox go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Logins & Passwords and click on Saved Logins.

For Chrome go to Settings > Autofill and passwords and click on Google Password Manager and enter your Windows login credentials.

For Edge go to Settings > Profiles > Passwords and enter your Windows credentials.

Other browsers should be similar.

I would also recommend you use a password safe of some kind, to store your passwords securely for easy retrieval.

I personally use Keepass, it's free, reliable, and available on many platforms.

KeePass Password Safe

All email apps I have ever tried for Outlook use Oath2, not the password for a login.
Have you tried using Oath2 for webmail as well? It easier than a password anyway.
