It really gets on my nerves.
We are two on our private network, with a PC / laptop and a smartphone each (+ plus the common printer).
We have no VPN. We are on Firefox !
I've already reset all internet connections on all machines on the network. What else can I do ?
I read somewhere that - in order to reduce cost- some internet providers are putting together customers or servers in a way that a much bigger network is created. (The message says that there is unusual traffic on my network).
In France where I live, SFR had problems since longtime and the firm has been sold. Could this be the reason ?
Thanks

I've had similar issues in the US using Firefox searching Google while using a VPN. I think the problem is their algorithm detects VPN activity as suspicious when you have many requests coming from the same IP.

Same has been happening with me in Australia using Firefox. Not using a VPN. Only do an average 3 or 4 searches in a day.

I read somewhere that - in order to reduce cost- some internet providers are putting together customers or servers in a way that a much bigger network is created.
The word/naming you searching for is CG-NAT (Carrier Grade Network Address Translation) and ISP's use this as they are short on IPv4 addresses so they cant offer all customers public IP numbers.
That network has the IP range 100.64.0.0/10 (IP's between 100.64.0.0 to 100.127.255.255) and to see if you have that you google on: What is my IP

as for Google... i dont use google anymore.. but often using google-dork commands trigger recaptcha as they think you are a bot then. Its not "normal human behavior"

Getting a new public IP from your ISP that was previously abused by a former user, can as well.
