Solved Sleep option Disappeared from Windows

I had recently followed the tutorial to disable modern standby and found out my machine can not switch over to S3. But was able to turn off Network connection in modern standby. That was fine with me to leave it as that, but now sleep is completely gone as an option.

Ive followed every tutorial possible and restarted, sleep is still not an option anywhere. I tried resetting power options via CMD, tried force sleeping through CMD commands, etc.....

S0 was previously supported and enabled, but now shows as unsupported.

Its not there. Not even listed.....
And in attempting to fix this, I now lost Hibernate. lol It keeps getting worse.
By the way I am in the admin account, i dont know why that message is there, there is no other accounts

If you disabled hibernation like below, it'll remove "Hibernate' from the Control Panel settings above.

I did not disable hibernation or attempt that in the past. I just tried re-enabling the two Network connected-modern standby options in group policy editor in an attempt to bring back Sleep, but then hibernate disappeared on top of sleep still missing.

So I did a system restore and got things back to normal. I think my previous attempts at disabling Modern Standby via regsitry files and CMD commands messed things up.

This time around, Now that I know it can not be disabled, I will just disable the Network Connectivity options in Policy editor and have auto-hibernate after 20 mins of sleep.

I was googling this issue, came across this forum post. Then realized it was posted by me a year ago!
I am having the same issue again but on a different, brand new laptop. All updated Windows 11. 14th gen intel thinkbook.
And I had not tinkered with any settings recently. Had been using Sleep mode fine, then one day it disappeared from the power menu.

I went through all the tutorials to add it through regedit, cmd, and policy editor, set to "enable". Change Settings that are currently unavailable, ....Its still missing from power options and the power menu

Any ideas? Maybe a system restore would undo any recent windows updates, but I dont want to have to undo updates that I just have to reinstall later, and not figure out whats going on.
