I tried to buy a genealogy tv handout and got inundated with what I thought were ads, but turned out to be predatory apps or extensions. They have charged my bank account $25.00 and $29.00 and are recurring charges. My bank let one go through in error (I had been to the bank and told them it was an unauthorized charge and was assured it wouldn't go through, but it did.

The apps/extensions are so buried I cannot find them to uninstall.

All help will be appreciated!

If it were me, I'd restore an image.
But otherwise, I would run all the following and remove anything each one finds.

<blush> I haven't been back in the saddle long enough to have a recent backup. That problem won't be around much longer, since I now have a problem that could have been solved with a current backup. Sigh . . .

Yep, da bank gonna git a piece of me mind! And I gonna insist on my money back in me account!

So far, this thing is so dug in that I'm considering a clean install of Winders 11! But first, I'm, going to try @glasskuter's advice.

Both charges had to be cleared by the bank before they could dispute . . . Went to bank this morning and disputed both charges. Got an email from the Smarty one this afternoon telling me a refund is being processed and may take 72 hours. Also my (NON) account has been cancelled!

Yay . . . One down and one to go! Bank said if they refused to refund, the bank would do so.

I have tried everything, and so far, nothing can find their crap! I have Revo paid and it couldn't find anything, Neither could any of the ones @glasskuter recommended!
