What are you asking about?

(That's apparently a Hebrew version, and to go along with the right-to-left reading direction, the taskbar components are arranged right-to-left, instead of the left-to-right order of, say, English versions, which have the order Start, Search, [...], File Explorer, [...])

In event viewer I got nvlddmkm error and it probably video driver bug. The driver is from 26/10/21 (New).
I never had this in Windows 11.

I installed Intel Management Engine and now all OK. I hope so.

The video driver that Windows 11 decided to install is very old (30/9/20). I'm afraid to update the video drive and ruin the OS again.

Unless you're having issues with the video, you needn't worry about having a driver that's only a year old. It's fine.

OK. It's not related to Intel Management Engine.
It's bug - if you disable "Sleep" option in Power Options.
It exist also in build 22494.
