Start button does not work after update

hello

i have a windows 11 s mode
after an update today , start - windows-flag does not work anymore
i can't open it
also i cant open cmd and other things
i ve tried to undo the updates, without succes

anyone knows how to fix it ?

ps : it is an laptop with no delete key ( apparently is does exists in Medion )
