Start menu got the SPLITS.... again.

When I open the Start menu, first the RIGHT-half gets loaded and then the LEFT side, but it happens so damn fast you really have to notice it. It really cuts the start menu in two halves and gets combined, really strange!

Is it a bug? A feature?

The GPU driver could be cause of the problem or GPU itself.

Any other anomalies with that GPU? I have the GTX 1050 with no issues.
My Win-11 is an upgrade from Win-10 on an unsupported motherboard
Maybe reinstall the driver for Windows 10(?)
I'm on 25H2 build 26200.6584

    The only thing it lack is USB-3.2 on the front face but it has 3.0 on the back
I noticed on the new start menu, there are 2 panels. You can close the one one the right (I believe it’s simply for connected devices, possibly more uses in the future).

So I suspect that it may be to do with that.
Did you also disable it (Hide it)? If so, perhaps because your PC is a little slow, it shows quickly before it respects the settings?
Or maybe you’ve never seen it present as it may be unable to start up properly and stay shown?

No, it's just the main menu that is acting up and getting split for a splitsecond, not the mobile phone thingy on the right!

I got the mobile section the other day. I clicked "Hide this pane" and was taken elsewhere to actually hide it. :eyeroll: Gee, Microsoft, why not make the "Hide this pane" link just hide it? Why take me elsewhere to click "Hide" a second time?
