Startallback Feature request: Taskbar "Always on top" of other windows


I've had the glitch on random monitors, at random times..., I have no idea what's responsible..., just Restart Explorer.

Mods: Sorry for re-igniting an oldish thread but I have a possible answer for the OP.

I have been having the exact same issue, and am also a paid very happy user of StartAllBack.
I found the Xbox app causing an issue with StartAllBack.

My fix:
I opened the start menu and typed Xbox, > right clicked on the icon > went to properties > chose the option "Never" under "Let this app run in background" > clicked the "Terminate" button to make sure it was closed.

The taskbar was immediately un-hiding on top of any applications again when hovering over and working with non-autohide too. (However I would recommend a restart to confirm it fully worked due to the nature of StartAllBack being a shell replacement).
